My freshly (albeit temporarily) vegetarian self cannot WAIT to try this. Soon.
"Butter" Chickpeas

4 potatoes - cubed
1 onion - diced
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup milk/cream
1 can chickpeas

Add some oil to pan, add potatoes and cook about 4-5 minutes. Add onion and cook until onion is soft. Add spices and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Mix in tomato soup, milk and chickpeas. Heat through.
