Jillian Michaels is a (very encouraging and energetic) bitch.

... And love her for it. Now I couldn't necessarily muster up the strength to (virtually) hug her after the workout this morning (or wash my hair, or run for the train), but I appreciated the time I spent listening to her bark "If you're not feeling it, you're not working hard enough".

FYI, the 30 Day Shred is WAY harder on you than it looks (when you pre-watch it from the couch.) Yes you CAN do that, no it's NOT hard, but it's going to hurt more than your (my) ice-cream eating, couch sitting ass can possibly fathom.

Bottom line: It hurt. I whined. I'll do it all again tomorrow.  :)

    The feeling of power and energy after a tough workout always gets me back for more, even when I'm zonked and not feeling it even when I'm in the changing room.

    You'll be a fit killer Momma before you know it.

    And yes, she is a total bitch, but she keeps you going!
