Well, one day before my goal date, and I'm happy to announce I'm 20 pounds lighter!
It hasn't been easy, but it was TOTALLY worth it!
I'm going to relax on the diet for a couple of days, but then it's on the weight-loss train (woo woo) again on Monday. I have a new goal to lose 10 more pounds by Canada day, I'm joining up with a few ladies I know for support. We're all at different stages of weight loss and muscle toning, and we all have different goals, but we're acting as cheering coaches for eachother - it should be good!
